Character Personality: Spinister is a very contradictory character. A mouthy teammate describes him as being paranoid, trigger happy, fascinated with his hands and indubitably the ‘stupidest mech in the whole universe’. He’s not entirely wrong, but said teammate was also higher than a kite during the course of the description.
The helicopter CAN start fights with anyone and thing that happens to look (or glow, for that matter) at him wrong (real or imagined) if given the chance. The world is out to get him and he will deal with it by enthusiastically shooting and beating the shit out of it. The list of things that Spinister needs to exact undeserved vengeance upon is unending and being constantly updated. Luckily for most people and objects concerned, Spinister is easily distracted
Which is to say, he very easily distracted. As long as he’s not already committed to the act and caught in the flow, Spinister’s attention span tends to be extremely short. Once a reliable source of authority or distraction has been established, Spinister’s hair trigger violence can be easily redirected into more productive things.
Like putting his raw medical genius to use fixing people up. Not exactly something most people would expect from a mech who otherwise has the attention span of a wasp and about triple the violent tendencies. Also, he has god given hands that would probably be the envy of all Cybertronian medics if they had any idea the bastard existed.
There are also peculiar moments of perceptiveness that seem to discount the theory of Spinister being entirely stupid.
(Side note: Canonically, there is no explanation as to why he acts the way he does as of yet.)
Character Abilities: He is a space robot that turns into a helicopter. He can fly, he is functionally immortal, he doesn't need air to live and he is generally quite a bit more durable than the average human being. He is a relatively competent fighter and an extremely talented medic capable of patching his teammates up with very limited resources.
Character Inventory: A stock standard laser rifle for a mech his size class and some McGuyvered medical supplies including a small circular saw. His rotors can be used as swords.

Spinister was, above all, a pragmatic mech. Well, actually, he was, above all, a violent mech. Or was he? He’s not entirely got this self conceptualization thing down yet. He does shoot at people and things more than necessary, so he’s not… necessarily a pragmatic mech then.
But! Once the option of shooting at everything was taken away, he was actually pretty reasonable. Diffuse a live K-class so that Misfire can safely gut him for a fuel pump? Sure. Accept the presence of an unpredictable, processor damaged Autobot ‘hostage’ on the ship? Why not. Heck, play jenga with the guy apparently.
Medical condition that needed hugs to cure for some weird reason? The towering, magenta and teal terror had little problem actually plucking complete strangers off of the sidewalk to give them the most matter-of-fact hug of all time. And then dropping them and moving on with life. Or not, depending on the stranger.
Walking down the street now, the timer Spinister had set up for himself goes off. He looks around for the nearest person-like thing and approaches them confidently.
